Service Levels
Three ways we work on your watch
A full mechanical service, a sympathetic vintage restoration, or a documented collector overhaul — each level is designed for a different kind of piece and a different kind of need.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we approach every job
Before any work begins, we examine the movement. For mechanical services this is a brief look to confirm condition and scope. For vintage restorations, it becomes a written assessment with photographs — a document you review before agreeing to anything. For collector overhauls, we also discuss which aspects of the movement's history and finish matter most to you.
Work follows a consistent sequence: disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of components, inspection under magnification, replacement of worn parts, re-lubrication to specification, reassembly, and timing machine testing in multiple positions. The sequence does not change; what changes is the depth of documentation and the conservatism of the finishing decisions.
The finished condition report — whether a simple work note or a bound collector document — is handed to you at collection. It is yours to keep with the watch.
Assess
Written condition note, photographs where needed, scope agreed before work begins.
Disassemble
Movement stripped, components sorted by subassembly, condition documented.
Clean & Service
Ultrasonic bath, inspection, part replacement, calibrated re-lubrication.
Regulate & Test
Timing machine testing, multi-position regulation, final inspection and documentation.
Service 01
Mechanical Servicing & Cleaning
฿4,100 per service
A full bench service for mechanical and automatic timepieces. Suited to everyday watches that have seen regular wear and need to run cleanly again. The watch is taken fully apart, the components cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, inspected, re-lubricated to specification, and reassembled. Regulation follows on the timing machine. A movement condition note is included.
Turnaround is typically two to three weeks from drop-off to collection. The work is carried out entirely in-house.
- Complete movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- Component inspection; worn parts noted and discussed
- Re-lubrication with professional-grade lubricants
- Timing machine regulation and multi-position testing
- Movement condition note included at collection
Service 02
Vintage Restoration & Refinishing
฿15,800 per project
Careful restoration for older and inherited pieces. Case refinishing, dial cleaning where appropriate, and sympathetic part sourcing that respects the original character of the watch. The right approach for pieces with decades of family history behind them, or older watches acquired for the movement's quality or rarity.
Each project begins with a written assessment and photographs. You review this before deciding how far to take the work — our job is to give you the information, not make the decision for you.
- Written pre-work assessment with photographs
- Case work and surface refinishing, agreed in advance
- Dial cleaning where appropriate — not always advisable
- Sympathetic period-appropriate part sourcing where possible
- Full mechanical service included
Service 03
Collector's Overhaul & Documentation
฿33,900 per overhaul
A comprehensive overhaul for complicated and higher-value timepieces. Detailed component inspection, conservative refinishing, and a full written record of the work performed. Intended for collectors who value provenance and a clear, retrievable service history.
The overhaul includes a bound condition report describing the movement's state before and after, plus a photographic record of the job in progress. Both are yours to keep as part of the watch's archive.
- Full mechanical service and detailed component inspection
- Conservative refinishing of case and movement
- Bound condition report — before and after
- Photographic record of the movement during the overhaul
- Suitable for complicated, multi-complication, and rare movements
